I am impartial when it comes to PBS. First off - our line bidding (Maybe not the one you had) still comes out early. People get pretty upset when the bid packets don't come out ontime. So maybe it was your old set up but ours comes out early.
Second - that needs to change. Whatever bidding system we end up with we need contractual language saying we need it early in the month. Why aren't you guys throwing a fit when you don't even see your next months schedule a week before the month starts?
