Not so easy. I'm at a 142 organization and from what I'm currently seeing those jobs are going to guys with type ratings and 500+ PIC in those aircraft. Aviation director at a Fortune 5 (five) company that I personally know (outside of aviation) advised they got 200+ "qualified" (see above) resumes in a 7 day period. Gone are the days of a handshake and a wink from the chief pilot.
