After it is finalized and a furloughee wants to come back it could be a long time. Since there will be no flush bid a vacancy must exist. More idiocy . . . the ISL procedure is specifically outlined with a very specific timeline, and 6 to 8 months is way off. Find it and post it online and I will pay you $100.
