Thanks for all the great posts recently, It answers alot of questions.

Has anybody else received a call/email asking about phase 3, or the email that no one else wants to talk about. I interviewed in late Oct, and haven't heard anything. From what I heard during my interview, that it a good sign not to hear anything. Just curious.
