As far as the whole Continental, "let's Easternize this" and "harvest" United's flights, I'm not worried about that. We, the legacy UAL, would rather destroy the airline than allow that scenario to take place. First word of L-UAL furlough and this place will burn to the ground. Summer 2000 will look tame in comparison. I'd rather burn this place down than let some scab mentality pilot profit on my demise.
Sorry bud, but as a 2 time furloughee, former UAL guy, current CAL guy....the "we'll burn it to the ground" diatribe-dog don't hunt with dumb guy anymore.

After witnessing the behavior on both sides of the TA debate, I'm certain the "rabble rousing"..."SCAB SCAB SCAB!"..."unified" UAL ALPA perceptions are simply a myth.

I AM ready to burn the place down...the CAL guys get it and don't want this turd foisted upon them by the U pilot group. The U guys, at least those I've spoken to since the TA announcement, have folded like a limp towel.

I'm voting "no" based on the weak language and merits of this agreement...as a former aerospace SME, with nearly 4 years of contractual requirements document drafting and reviewing exposure; manpower planning can drive a truck through the massive gaps contained in this 508 page agreement which our CAL planners will be more than happy to exploit.

"when you listen to fools, the MOB rules!"...

"we're number 2"...

cheers,
