I've got no problem letting F/A's ride our jumpseats, as long as there's no pilot also trying to ride. We ride on theirs all the time, and I think if it's handled properly by the two pilots, it's a great learning opportunity for them.
I have no problem with flight attendants on the cockpit jumpseat either. The same rules would apply as when we use theirs. It would be a non issue.
