Such a lie!!! In order to dispatch a 121 flight, the dispatcher "must" be a licensed 121 dispatcher with the proper FAA liscensing to share "dual" responsibility for the flight in question.

I have super respect for "Rickairs opinion," but Rick, you are dead wrong in this case.
