I second never letting anyone I know fly on them. After the new "maintenance" procedures in place they are a big no no.
I would stay away from them too. The sad part is that a lot of really good pilots go through them and don't deserve the way they get treated. Management also thinks the pilots here have it good and should be thankful to be employed by such a great company like pacific wings. It's almost a badge of honor in the aviation field to get fired by PW or break contract. Means you are doing something right.
