I've heard the same. At the ATL job fair, one of the recruiters looked at my resume, 3700TT, 2250PIC, said I was over the mins. Not sure if he was mistaken or jumping the gun on a proposed hour min change.
As I've heard, and not from extremely credible sources, 3000TT was absolute min I hear, with 1500PIC or something to the affect.
This is ALL rumor and conjecture though, treat it as such.
I'll wait to see the official announcement.
