I can't believe we had to do this. But the world needs thousands of pilots. Because of the last few years many prospective pilots chose other professions. A look at these forums and you'll see many pilots don't like there chosen career. I think if CFI's were paid better, it would encourage more pilots to instruct. I made $25/hr. But $18-$20 should be the norm.
