Some on property don't have the "qualifications required by the big carriers". These guys are glad to have escaped the regional industry and don't make waves. Others with the "required qualifications" have career expectations. Many have already started leaving!


It's amazing how simply calling a spade a spade and telling it like it is can be so unpopular with "some".

The truth isn't always convenient I guess.
