What are the thoughts on the VA JV? Looks like they can increase VA departures from 14 to 21, and DL can cut ours from 7 to 6.75. If they cut below that, it's ok because they have until 1 Apr 14 to reach compliance. If they don't, we'll be really really mad at them and not appreciate it at all.
