To give some perspective, we have 3266 pilots. I was hired 20 mos ago, and I have 650 junior to me. They have been hiring 30/month since I was hired, and it seems they will keep hiring between 15-30/month for the foreseeable future.
The most junior in PHX is 2891/3266. PHX has 59 FOs based there. (Small base)
The most junior in TUS is 3057/3266. TUS has 19 FOs based there. (Miniature base)
There are 71 on the "waiting list" for PHX, and 37 for TUS.
Use the info to figure it out for yourself, but that should give you enough for an educated guess.
