For those in the pool UAL is scheduled to hire 40/month indefinitely beginning in February. DAL is scheduled to hire early next year. AA is calling back furloughs and USair has recently hired. FedEx is hiring.

Given all this information and reality of benefits/pay at Jetblue as compared to other carriers why are those of you in the pool still willing to accept a position?
