Given all this information and reality of benefits/pay at Jetblue as compared to other carriers why are those of you in the pool still willing to accept a position?

I'm sure the guys without degrees and TPIC have little choice but to head for JB. There's no shortage of guys with degrees and TPIC. There are very large numbers of college educated RJ Captains out there. But, JB's educational requirements and minimums are lower for a reason.
