Once you have the actual ATP certificate, of course the test scores do not matter at all.
But the guy asking the question sounded like he needed to take the written for an interview...if you're interviewing for a 121 job where you will be taking an ATP checkride during training, it would be safe to assume that a low written score would raise their interest.
Always depends on the interviewer, but at SKW a score in the 70's will probably get you some in depth probing. If I were a non-ATP interviewing for a job that I really wanted and my ATP written score was in the 70's I would re-take it. Any of the test-prep systems will get you mid 90's.
