Very true. However, they all need to understand the facts about JetBlue and what will happen to them and their career once they get here. How we have no protections, substandard pay, benefits, work rules, retirement, etc. They all deserve to be fully informed and not mislead by spin and promises from JetBlue management (like many we have on property now!). They need to understand that upgrades to Capt will be 15-20 years minimum due to our growth plans and very young pilot group. (assuming we even last that long before a merger/buyout). They need to understand that if the need PIC time so they can apply to a real major airline, JetBLue is not the place to get it any time soon.

Yes, they each have their own reasons, and personal to them. However, they need to make an informed decision and what they can realistically expect if they do decide to apply.
