Some people's percpectives just aren't positive no matter what happens. All in all I really like it here at JB, and yes I want a CBA. I have seen more connecting the dots and misuse of one sided facts on this forum than I thought was possible. Facts taken out of context and without understanding of background don't constitute the truth. Take the cape air program that keeps coming up. It is the gateway VI program and these individuals are mentored from the university level to their interviews at JB. They are highly veted individuals that have been under the JB microscope for many years and must complete A jet transition/evaluation course through JBU before they can even get an interview. I see a lot of highlight reels on this forum but no real research with hard evidence. Yes we need a CBA for a fair working environment, but make no mistake this is a good place to work.
