I am fortunate in that me and my family's health condition (no serious illnesses or problems) but I realize that we need better, less out of pocket medical care. I would like to a better retirement plan than the 5% out of pocket that gets you 5% matching + 8% board discretion, once again argument for a CBA. The reason the job is good is because of the pilots I have had the privilege of flying with here at JB, minus a couple of individuals. The profile of pilot that JB tends to hire makes this a good place to work. After all that is almost all of my daily exposure to the Work environment here at JB. I see constant connecting of the dots and unfounded, out of context facts slung around like monkey poop on these forums. I get that things could be better and if they don't pilots will leave in droves starting next year, however JB is a good place work not the best but good. The only way we can have any control over improving it is to vote for a CBA.
You list some excellent examples of the problems here at JetBlue. But you forgot a few:

1. No real merger protection
2. No scope protection
3. No realistic grevience process
4. No job protections or representation to protect you from management (like Bill W at FLL)
5. Sub par work rules with changes and new interpretations via email
6. All of the above and what you posted not in our contract (like a real CBA has)

to name a few....

Yes, "most" of the people are good to work with. However, we have too many back stabbing fellow pilots that work to become management pilots by stepping on thier fellow pilots to get ahead. Then throw in the ones that rat out fellow pilots to management directly or send photos/text messages of things they don't like to CPs/ACPs/System CPs. Always worring about who might rat you out for the least little thing is stress we don't need, but have to live with every day.

Yes, working at JetBlue is good, except it is like walking a tight rope with no net. As long as things go along smoothly and there is no wind you are find. But let the wind kick up and you fall to your death. That makes the stress increase 5-10 fold becuase you and your family are always at RISK!

Just my opinion.......
