i believe AWAC matches your 401K contribution, but i dont think any other companies (unless you count jetblue as a regional which it very well should be at this point) have those profit sharing things, which youre not eligible for at skywest until youre there 2 years or so (someone correct me on that if im wrong). youre eligible for stock purchase after 90 days but good luck putting into that. my paychecks every two weeks are about $450.
