When we interview dudes at our squadron (and yes, I'm on the interview board and have a vote), grades don't even come up. Granted we are hiring people that have already gotten their wings, but I can't imagine transcripts being in the top three most important aspects. I am, however, going to revisit reCalcitrant's hiring package. If I remember right, he "volunteered" that he was a 4.0 student.....but that may have been out of 10.0
