Day to day is the guy next to you makes up most of my exposure to the company, hence I value the quality of individual that the company puts there. Obviously you don't, just a difference of opinion. You obviously have not flown with the backstabing, moral less individuals i have flown with and known over my carreer, quality of the pilots i fly with is a big issue for me, after all any organization is only as strong as its weekest link.
