Well you've openly accused your reps of lying to you, caving on the contract, and providing you with misleading information. Have you attended a roadshow? If not, much of the information you are getting is from sources like people's emailed "interpretation" of the contract, and biased postings on this forum. My suggestion is that there is MUCH more BAD information in those emails and in this forum than there is coming from your reps.
