Is there any truth to the rumor that for the next pay rate update the company has added VA pay rates into the mix in order to counter the new contract at Delta and avoid having to give out a raise?
Talk to the compensation guy on the PVC. He told me first hand the company wanted to do it. He said he was inclined to let them because we, supposedly, would still end up ahead with Delta and United included in the mix.
