I was hired at United in 2000 and spent 7.5 years on the property getting 8 year pay. Upon signing the agreement, I will get 5 year pay. LOA 25 par 4 only talks about pay longevity CREDIT for time on furlough, not what establishes your pay longevity date. WHY are you saying that you will lose pay longevity when the LOA only talks about a CREDIT???
