The Airline industry is all about forecasting and IT IS accurate looking 24 months ahead using historic data.
No Causal Forecasting would predict anything other than continued sub par compensation. And, that forecast would be accurate for at least the next two years, and beyond!

True. However, if we voted in a CBA tomorrow, the same might be true. I came from a carrier that spent almost 7 years in negotiations on an amendment to a CBA, much less an initial CBA. Not sure where you're going with this unless it's a "we'd be one year closer if a union were voted in last year."
