Whatever will get you 1000PIC in a jet or multi-tprop sooner..... Need the requirements first.... Theres not really ANY regionals that will upgrade you as quick as you say you will on the lear so Id stay put..... if you feel like your upgrade there could be longer then maybe you leave.....depends on where you wanna live, what you wanna be paid etc. etc. etc.
