For example of those hired, there was only myself from the NE. 2 from the dfw area, 1 miami, and 2 from SJU. So I guess that seems to be how they get people where they want them. So that just my observation from the whole thing. On side note, the AMR flight academy and DFW airport ops in general was quite impressive. It was my first time there.
I sent my application in on Thursday, got a call on Monday. I will be heading down to DFW on the 28th. I'm hoping for a successful interview and an LAX base. This is my first airline interview, and yes, I am nervous as hell. I have a decent amount of total time, but almost no instrument (I live in Phoenix). I am cramming like hell for the ATP writtnen, as we speak.

Anyway, the e-mail says to bring "High School or College diploma and transcripts or GED certificate/quivalent". I have my collge transcripts and my high school diploma....but are they really looking for high school transcripts, too? These could be hard to get, 20 years, and several states later.

No where the hell is my Jepp Chart legend.....
