USAA serves to help some groups by robbing others. I will tell of what crooks they are for the rest of my life. When I was active duty I had a devastating roof collapse on my home. I had USAA, it seemed like the standard thing to do. They sent me a few thousand dollars in a check that didn't amount to anything I could do. I had a number of quotes given and sent them in, they still wouldn't budge. The kneecapper was that they depreciated the value of the roofing by an extreme amount....it was a nearly new roof that was collapsed by a Texas severe thunderstorm.
