It's been a rough 10 years gents and I know that, but looking at numbers (ASSUMING THE ZOMBIE APOCOLYPSE, TERRORIST ATTACKS, NATIONAL DISASTER, MASSIVE DEPRESSION, NUCLEAR WAR, AGE 67, AGE 70, AGE 102, A METEORITE STRIKE, MANBEARPIGATTACK, CIVIL WAR, ETC. ETC. ETC. DOESN'T HAPPEN!!!!) then for the love of god a normal economy with 2% growth or so will cause hiring at majors and people will start to move on...... I don't see why its hard to tell people that your upgrade wont likely be as long as the fo's working now, and likely will be around 3 years like it was in the past.
