I like it at Air Wisconsin, good work rules for a regional and its also the best paying regional. I'm still on reserve and i usually always break guarantee. But what other people were saying about where you live is most imporant. I mainly chose AWAC because i live just outside PHL. I dont want to under any circumstances be a commuter. If i were looking at regional s right now i think the only ones I'd really consider are Skywest/ASA/Xjet/AWAC. If you plan on moving AWAC is nice with the ORF base. you can get it out of training, have a line a month after your done training, and its not a very expensive place to live either. I cant really speak for the other regionals because i dont know much about them.
