I know of know major airline decent job that has more than a handful leaving for greener pastures. Your own "facts" belie the incredible opportunity awaiting at Jetblue.

Facts???? Well, how about looking at the total number of aircraft orders? How about looking at the historical data that show the last decade of solid growth? Or how much the legacy carriers have downsized in the past decade?
There isn't a thread titled "Delta pilot poolies" right now, or "American pilot poolies." This year, last year, the year before and for 12 years now JetBlue has been consistently growing. The top 100 losers at JetBlue now have 2,300 pilots below them and this number keeps on getting bigger each year. These are, "facts" my friend.
