Doesnt that make you incredibly leery, what with the current hiring spat of low (and i mean LOW) time fo's? Its one thing to have a low time f/o and an experienced captain, but now combine a low (and i mean LOW) time fo with an inexperienced captain........catch my drift? Thats one of the reasons Pinnacle is the lower end of my job radar. IMO, theyre setting themselves up for a major incident. No offense to PinnacleFO or anyone else at Pinnacle, and please, feel free to correct me if you think im wrong. Ive still got some learning to do.
PS: a buddy of mine thats just getting onto IOE there told me the captain mins had dropped to 1500 TT, but that sounded a bit fishy to me. I saw the hard 3,000 TT in an earlier post. Clarification??
