so, if there is an FO that came in with 3,000 hrs., but has a seniority number of 100 for example, and all the FOs above him (1-99) all have like 2,999 or less TT, and it's upgrade time... that 3,000 hr guy will be jumping in line ahead of those other 99 people? just curious..
