I live within 25 minutes-1 hour of all 3. I applied, but doubt I'll even get a phone interview which is what happened their last hiring window. Oh well......
You gotta network. I think last time they got 100,000 apps for 1000 positions, many hundreds of which were for language skills. Unilinguals will need to get their attention somehow, otherwise just sit back and hope your number gets called against the odds. Everyone knows someone who knows someone, etc.
