I just heard the whole conference call. As far as pilots they tried to downplay the problems they were having with attrition in their presentation. The President even went as far as to say Pinnacle attracts highly trained pilots because we fly the CRJ, jet and all glass cockpit, we'll have no trouble attracting pilots. However when someone asked for clarification they did say that with the current attrition they expect fines from NWA and at the best possible hiring rate which they even said it's not probable the earliest they'll come to a stabilized work force will be by September, that's if the training department works non stop starting now.
