Wow, from the 357 conference call today, Frontier Management told the EBoard on Tuesday that Frontier is going to furlough.
Furloughs are a VERY remote possibility. Management is doing everything they can to avoid furloughs, both for the Company and the pilots. Furloughs cost the Company money, good will and morale.
They have awarded several COLA's and more may be pending. We could also reduce line values to keep everyone on the property.
It "sounds" like 357's EBoard took advantage of their meeting with Frontier Management and spun the heck out of what was probably confidential information.
If the EBoard keeps up their status quo when meeting with Management groups, they may not have ANYone left willing to meet with them in what is supposed to be a constructive manner.
IBT has a history of releasing information and data without permission or prior to being authorized to release that information. Just one more example...
