I used the Pan Am Flight Academy in Memphis. They do prep for UPS and FedEx and they definitely do it well. The sim prep was in the 727 and I did my interview sim in the 767 (non-motion sim). I felt very well prepared after the sim prep and it was spot on for the interview sim. The key is that you get to practice a similar profile in a big airplane prior to the interview, even if it is a different airplane that you get at the interview.
