I have had USAA auto insurance for a decade now, zero claims, and the premiums have only steadily gone up - PCS or no PCS year.. I'll be shopping also now since my newest relocation estimate had it going up 20 percent, and it's a nicer area in Arizona than California where I was located. I think I am starting to subsidize the pedestrian hitters out there
