I am just saying that if Delta wants to make sure that their passengers are flown by their standard of pilot then why would they farm out the regional end of it to the lowest bidder? Sounds like profit over safety. Unless they realize that regional pilots can do the same job as major pilots only at a much smaller cost. You have CRJ payrates in your contract right? Delta owns CRJ's right? So why not have the say on who flies them?
