I'm no mod, and I'm just a piddly little puddle jumper. But somewhere I learned, "Praise in public, chastise in private." Apparently, my teaching was wrong.

But, as you say, back to the subject at hand....

IMHO, promises of flow through or preferential interviews are up there with "the check is in the mail", "I'll respect you in the morning", and "I won't c** in your mouth."

But what do I know? I am not one of aviation's golden children, and I hate hats.
