maybe the company saw the video on YouTube directly (& not from the link on this forum) just like the guy who posted the link on this forum AFTER he saw it on YouTube.
The point is - assume that the company (& the FAA) is ALWAYS watching you when you operate THEIR aircraft - nothing is secret in the age of the internet - anyone can record anything any time anywhere and it instantly becomes public knowledge - pilot web forum or no pilot web forum.
That was my point - I think we agree who is ultimately responsible & what the "causal factors" would be IF anyone loses their job over this event = the pilot and the act, not the recording/reporting of it.
