Hey J, I had the same conversation with ATP. If you are not US citizen, can not attend ATP. I know someone that did ATP, and he is also a non US citizen. He attended it 2-3 years ago when it was still possible to do so. He told me that when he was there he saw the FBI coming in the manager's office and stayed there for hours yelling at him. Apparently ATP did everything it was supposed to do in obtaining TSA clearance for few students. TSA granted clearance to those students but our friends from the bureau accused ATP (not the TSA!) of taking on board few terrorists. I suppose that will do. Consequently, bad news for us.
