Just how big of a fish are you looking to catch here? I'm not entitled to anything. It's a hypothetical scenario. If there were a flow, would my seniority hold it? Do I meet the criteria? Is my background clean? Can I pass the training and perform the duties? Questions such as these should've been answered before I ever started flying for a regional. Unless you feel that there should be multiple levels of safety? You shouldn't have guys flying at regionals who could not move on IF they so desire. In my opinion, it would be a win-win for all involved.
