exactly..when I asked my rep why they agreed to this he said, "the survey showed that pilots wanted to be paid more on reserve." OK..so why not just bump up the guarantee? Or give the ones that want to actually fly more the ability to if they want to instead of forcing it on everyone? Those two ideas seemed like better options to me.
