I wouldn't be so sure about that. It's a TA that would throw more than half the pilot group out on the streets, I'm guessing it won't pass. Those 900s will still need a home.
The TA doesn't have to pass! Look at AA, make no mistake the company would rather operate with a contract than under 1113.
