I flew on them 2 times in 3 weeks last month, both times they turned 25 minute flights into 55 minutes-60 minutes for no reason at all. How long can it really take to MEL a Landing light? How about start and engine and taxi to the de ice stand?
You have obviously never flown for a regional. Paperwork seems to take forever for the dumbest things. And how long it takes to get to the de-ice pad is mostly determined by how long the line is.
