Pinnacles interview process is a joke. Basically anyone could get hired here. Compass (who has flow) has an interview very much the same as Delta's.
pref interview: ya I can see that.
Direct flow with no interview: I just don't see it.

Pinnacle was hiring guys from Michigan State with no interview! No screening process at all.

I just don't see Delta flight ops welcoming that at all, but I could be wrong.

I went through the interview it was a joke at best. I guess we'll see.
