What do you mean read the TA? It's a concessionary contract. Pinnalce's current pay is not that much different than Skywest or ExpressJet. Why would you believe you're overpaid? If you're even entertaining this TA, you believe you should do this job for less than what you are getting paid? That's what this TA is about. Getting you to do your job for less than what you make now, in pay/QOL. If I ever faced a vote to take a paycut, my vote is automatically no. I don't need details. Let the judge force it. Comair took 3 voluntarily voted paycuts, and 1 offer in a last-ditch efford but they still couldn't stop the inevitable.

If this TA is signed, it will set the new benchmark off which XJT, Skywest, Eagle, Republic, and all other regional airlines will then go off from.

Good luck to you all, but to the 1400 who are going to be jobless anyway, why give up one penny? The end result is the same for these 1400. Might as well take full pay to the last day.
