I am 100 % against flow through agreements; I think they are a carrot that management uses to drive down pilot wages. If hired at DAL, it may be years before you can hold MSP. I believe 2008 hires and above can hold at this point (there "might be " 1 or 2 from 2010). Besides, you're only 31. I think the average age in 2010 was around 35-36. Give it a few more years and you'll be right in the sweet spot.
